Prayer for 3rd Sunday before Lent
God in heaven, Help us to be aware of the things that inhibit our relationship with you. Send your Spirit to heal us and so improve that relationship with you, so that we can rejoice and leap for joy! We ask this in Jesus' name.
Amen.
Prayer for the sick
We pray for those who are sick and who ask for our prayers: Patrick, Marian, Mark and Debbie, Mike, Joan C, Emma, Arthur, Russell and Janette. We also remember silently in our hearts: Heather, Jackie, Ann, Dave, Daisy, Brenda, Monica, Hester, Kerry, Izabel, John and Paul.
Rest in peace
We pray for those who have died recently, among them Madge Brown and Elizabeth Painter, and for their families at this sad time.
